Cell references, ranges and the function library you would expect — the lookups, the maths, the text and date work. Type = and carry on as normal.
A workflow’s sheet node can link to a sheet you already have. Put a Loop after it and every row goes through the rest of the workflow — call an API per row, process a file per row, ask an agent about each record. You keep editing the sheet as a sheet; the workflow reads whatever is in it.
The link runs both ways: a workflow can write into a linked sheet, so results land as rows — a scrape, a batch of files processed, an agent’s answers per record. Then it is a sheet again, with your formulas on top of what it collected.
Connect a sheet to a chart and it redraws as the numbers change — bar, line, scatter, pie, area. Useful when the sheet is being written to by something else.
Say what you want and the data wizard writes it — “add a moving average column”, “fill in sample rows”, “group and total by month”. It arrives in the grid where you can check it and change it.
It is the same assistant, on the same models, that writes code in the IDE and draws on the board — not a separate spreadsheet AI with its own account and its own limits.
